1. Introduction

Welcome to TicketBee (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the TicketBee website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).

By creating an account, browsing events, or purchasing tickets through TicketBee, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. About TicketBee

TicketBee is an event discovery and ticketing platform that connects users (“Attendees”) with event organizers (“Organizers”). TicketBee facilitates ticket sales, e-ticket delivery, and related services but is not the organizer of events listed on the Platform unless explicitly stated.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Platform. By using TicketBee, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

4. Account & OTP Login

  • Registration is done using your mobile number and one-time password (OTP) verification.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it.
  • You must provide accurate and up-to-date information. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

5. Ticket Booking & Pricing

  • All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.
  • Convenience fees, taxes, and other charges may apply at checkout and will be shown before payment.
  • Ticket availability, pricing, seating, and event rules are set by the Organizer.
  • A booking is confirmed only after successful payment and receipt of a confirmation with a valid e-ticket / QR code.
  • TicketBee reserves the right to cancel orders in case of pricing errors, fraud, or technical issues.

6. E-Tickets & Entry

  • E-tickets are delivered digitally via the Platform, email, or WhatsApp (where enabled).
  • Each ticket may include a unique QR code for venue entry. Do not share your QR code publicly.
  • Entry is subject to the Organizer’s terms, venue rules, age restrictions, and valid government ID where required.
  • Lost, damaged, or duplicated tickets may be refused entry at the Organizer’s discretion.

7. Ticket Transfer & Sharing

Where enabled, you may transfer or share tickets with other registered TicketBee users before the event, subject to Organizer policy and Platform limits. Transferred tickets become non-refundable to the original purchaser once accepted by the recipient.

8. Cancellations, Refunds & Reschedules

Refund eligibility depends on the event Organizer’s policy and applicable law. Please review the event page and our Refund & Cancellation Policy before purchasing.

TicketBee will process eligible refunds to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe after approval.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
  • Resell tickets in violation of Organizer rules or applicable law.
  • Attempt to bypass security, scrape data, or interfere with Platform operations.
  • Upload false information or impersonate another person.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including logos, design, software, and text — is owned by TicketBee or its licensors. Event names, images, and descriptions belong to respective Organizers. You may not copy or distribute Platform content without permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TicketBee shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We are not responsible for event quality, cancellations, changes, or actions of Organizers and venues beyond our role as a ticketing intermediary.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Surat, Gujarat, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
