1. Overview
TicketBee acts as a ticketing intermediary between attendees and event organizers. Refund and cancellation rules are primarily set by the organizer for each event and displayed on the event page before purchase.
2. Organizer-Led Events
Each event may have its own refund window, cancellation fees, and no-refund policies. By completing a purchase, you agree to the policy shown for that specific event.
3. Cancelled Events
If an event is officially cancelled by the organizer, eligible ticket holders will receive a full refund to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, unless the organizer announces an alternative (such as rescheduling or credit).
4. Rescheduled Events
If an event is rescheduled, your ticket is typically valid for the new date. If you cannot attend the new date, refund eligibility depends on the organizer’s rescheduling policy.
5. User-Initiated Cancellation
Where self-serve cancellation is enabled, you may cancel from My Bookings within the allowed window. Convenience fees and payment gateway charges may be non-refundable per organizer rules.
6. Partial Transfers
If you transfer tickets to another user, refund rights for transferred tickets may be limited. Contact support with your booking reference for assistance.
7. Failed Payments
If payment fails but an amount was deducted, it is usually auto-reversed by your bank within 5–7 business days. Contact us if the reversal does not appear.
8. Chargebacks
Please contact TicketBee support before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We can often resolve issues faster and help avoid duplicate processing delays.
9. How to Request a Refund
Email info@ticketbee.live or use our Contact page with your booking number, event name, and reason for the request. We will review eligibility and respond within 2–3 business days.
